Michael & Nicole are the couple that will always bring joy and laughter to any conversation.
Their love for each other is infectious. Many tears were shed on their wedding day, ya know, the lovey-dovey kind. The kind of love where you see the woman you’re about to marry and you break down. The kind where you can’t quite get through the wedding vows without both laughing and crying. The kind that show you how much love you have for your person.
Michael & Nicole’s wedding at Moore’s Flying M Ranch started with a gorgeous, fall day. Nicole and her gals began getting ready in the cabin as Adney Artistry perfected hair & makeup. Mimosas, belly laughs, and flannels all-in-one. Michael shared getting ready with the men and woman closest to him. I love seeing tradition being broken, and the “groomsmen” were a mixture of Michael’s most special people.
Nicole and her dad had the sweetest first look with immediate tears that led into a long, bear hug right before the ceremony. When the large barn doors were opened to Nicole and her father about to walk down the aisle, Michael’s face was precious. He smiled, wiped his tears, and then did a combination of the two all while Nicole, also in tears, walked to the arbor. Their ceremony was full of so much emotion and cute moments leading up to the moment they said “I do.”
Crooked Roots Design created a stunning bouquet, floral arch, and centerpieces for the day. Willow Key Events organized an beautifully-detailed reception space – along with Party Pro Rents, LionsRoad, Burn Co. BBQ, and Laurannae Baking Co to add.
The send-off ended in literal fireworks that lasted for at least 3 minutes. They were a surprise to all of the guests that watched as Michael & Nicole wrapped their arms around each other and looked up to the sky. The night turned into a bonfire with their closest friends and family sitting around the campfire, making conversation, and eating s’mores. These two really know how to celebrate.
