Great Salt Plains Couple Session

When you’re driving up to the Great Salt Plains, you’ll start to see the stark white ground in the distance.

Well this time – it was brown. Because of all the flooding in Oklahoma – much of the salt plains were underwater and some salt had been washed away. The park was closed on a day it should’ve been open, and instead of driving up to the perfect spot, we carried our belongings over the locked gate. We didn’t come all this way only to head back home. AND THANK GOODNESS we didn’t turn back – because we had one of the best sessions ever, despite everything that was against us. I mean – just look at these two.

Ryan & Lexie – we created some magic this day, and I’m so grateful to know you.
